Schools need washroom services that turn up on time, stay out of the way of lessons and cost what the budget says they will. We work with schools, academy trusts and colleges across our area, from a single block of girls’ toilets to every site in a trust.
Visits planned around the school day
We arrange every visit with your site team before it happens. Where we can, we come before pupils arrive, after the last lesson or during the holidays, so nobody meets a driver in the corridor at break. If a visit has to happen during the school day, our driver signs in at reception and follows your visitor procedures, including an escort if you want one. The visit itself is quick. The used liner in each sanitary unit is sealed and taken away, a fresh one goes in, and the dispensers are refilled.
Term-time and holiday schedules
School toilets are at their busiest in term and nearly empty in August. When you sign up, we agree a schedule for the whole academic year, with regular visits during term and fewer in the holidays. If you like, we can add a visit in the last week of the summer holiday so every unit is fresh for the first day back. The holidays are also the best time to fit new units or replace old ones, because nobody is using the toilets. If your site runs holiday clubs or lets rooms out, tell us which washrooms stay in use and we will keep them on the normal schedule.
Period products and sanitary bins
The Department for Education’s period product scheme lets state-maintained schools in England, from primary schools with pupils in Year 5 upwards, order free period products for pupils. Special schools, alternative provision and DfE-funded 16 to 19 providers can use it too. Government guidance says the scheme will continue for the 2026 to 2027 and 2027 to 2028 academic years. Schools order the products through the scheme and decide how pupils get them: in the toilets, from a member of staff, or through token vending machines or lockers in or near the toilets.
However you hand products out, they need somewhere to go once they are used. Some girls start their periods in primary school, so Year 5 and Year 6 toilets need sanitary bins as much as secondary ones do. We fit a unit in every cubicle girls use and in each accessible toilet. For staff and visitor washrooms, a vending unit keeps period products available without anyone having to ask.
Budgets, trusts and paperwork
You get a free survey and a written price listing every unit, then one fixed price for the year. Academy trusts can put every school on a single account, with invoices split by school so each business manager sees their own costs. Each school gets its own annual waste transfer note, and visit records, invoices and paperwork are in your online account when the auditor asks for them. Our guide to sanitary bin rules explains what the law expects for staff toilets.
The easiest time to switch is when your current contract ends, and we time the changeover to that date. Book a free site survey and we will price the whole school, or the whole trust.
