Washroom services across London and the Thames Valley since 2002

Our home patch

Maidenhead and Taplow

Our depot is at West Town Farm in Taplow, just off the A4 between Maidenhead and Slough. Every van starts and finishes its day here, so this is the patch we know best.

Why being local helps

Extra visits at short notice

Our vans leave Taplow every working morning, so an extra service before a busy weekend can usually be fitted in within a day or two.

Supplies you can collect

Ring ahead and we'll have toilet rolls, hand towels, soap or bin liners boxed up at West Town Farm for you to pick up.

Quick swaps for damaged units

We keep spare bins and dispensers at the depot, so a broken unit can usually be replaced before your next visit is due.

Sites on our doorstep

We have been trading since 2002, and many of our longest-standing customers are within a few miles of the Taplow depot. Maidenhead has offices around the station and the town centre, and light industrial units on estates such as Boyn Valley and Cordwallis. The villages each have their own mix. Bray and Cookham have riverside restaurants and pubs, and several wedding venues sit along the Thames. Add golf and sports clubs, plus a long list of primary and secondary schools, and you have most of what we look after locally.

Most sites here are small to medium. A typical office needs a sanitary bin in each women’s and accessible toilet and a soap dispenser at every basin. Pubs and venues often add a nappy bin in the baby change, and schools tend to need more units spread across several blocks.

How visits work close to the depot

Every route starts and finishes at West Town Farm, so our vans cross the river into Maidenhead and run along the A4 several times a week. That gives us room to move. Your regular visits still fall on a set day, usually every four weeks, or weekly or fortnightly for busy washrooms. When you need something extra, such as a top-up before a wedding weekend or a replacement for a damaged dispenser, we can usually fit it in within a day or two.

After each visit the driver logs the time, what was serviced and a photo of each unit. You can see those records in your online account, along with your invoices and the waste paperwork you’d need if anyone asks.

What local sites ask us for

Most Maidenhead customers start with feminine hygiene units and soap and hand care. Pubs, cafes and venues often add nappy bins. Plenty of small offices also buy consumables from us without a service contract: toilet rolls, hand towels, soap, sanitiser and bin liners. Ring the office and we’ll have your order ready to collect from the depot, or we’ll bring it out on the next van heading your way.

To find out what your site needs, book a free site survey. It’s a short drive for us, and you’ll get a written price that lists every unit.
