Guests notice washrooms. A full sanitary bin, an empty soap dispenser or a stale smell in a hotel, restaurant, bar or leisure centre stays with people long after the meal or the swim. We set a regular schedule that keeps your washrooms right through a normal week, then add visits around the dates you know will be busy.
Finishes that suit the room
In a restaurant or hotel washroom the units are part of the room, so they should look as if they belong there. Our slimline sanitary units come in white, designer and chrome finishes, with pedal or sensor lids. We can match them with soap and sanitiser dispensers and air care units, so the room looks like one set rather than a collection of boxes. Staff toilets and back-of-house areas can have standard white units.
Planning around events and peaks
Most venues know their busy dates months ahead: race meetings at Ascot and Windsor, summer weddings, the school holidays at an attraction, the run-up to Christmas. Tell us the dates and we will book extra visits for those weeks. You pay only for the visits you add. Before a big event we can often book a visit the day before, so you open with empty bins and full dispensers.
Leisure centres, gyms and pools run to a different rhythm. Changing rooms are in use from the early swim to the last evening class, so they often need weekly visits, with sanitary units in every cubicle and in the family and accessible changing rooms. Bars and pubs see their heaviest use late in the week, and urinal screens and treatment, changed on every visit, keep the smell in the men’s toilets under control between cleans.
Family venues need nappy bins that keep up in the school holidays, when a baby change fills a bin much faster than usual. Entrances take a beating in wet weather, and dust control mats, swapped for clean ones on each visit, keep dirt and water off your floors.
Discretion on the day
Your guests should never have to queue for a washroom while we service it. We agree a visit time that avoids your busiest hours, and early morning, before you open, often works best. Drivers can come in through a staff or goods entrance, work quickly and quietly, and wait if a room is in use. Every used liner is sealed before it leaves the cubicle, and if there is a back way out to the van, that is the way it goes, not through your lobby or dining room.
Supplies between visits
A busy bank holiday weekend can get through paper and soap faster than any schedule allows for. You can order toilet rolls, paper towels, soap, sanitiser and bin liners from us, delivered with your service, with top-up deliveries between visits if you need them. You do not need a service contract to buy supplies. In kitchens and staff washrooms, cotton roller towels in locked cabinets mean fewer paper towels to empty after a busy shift, and we take the used rolls away for laundering.
When you are ready, book a free site survey. We will look at every washroom, front and back of house, and give you a written price that lists every unit.
