Partner programme

FM and cleaning contractors

We look after the washrooms in your clients' buildings under your name, send you proof of every visit and invoice you, not them. Your contract stays yours, and we never approach your clients.

What contractors get

Work under your name

Our drivers sign in as your washroom team, and the visit records we send you can carry your name instead of ours.

Proof of every visit

Each visit is logged with the time, what was serviced and a photo of every unit, ready to forward to your client.

A service level you can quote

A fixed route day for each site, an agreed visit frequency and a written put-right time if a visit is ever missed.

One invoice for every site

All your sites on one account and one invoice, with each site listed separately so you can recharge your clients.

Your clients stay yours

We never approach your clients or quote them directly, and we put that in writing in our agreement with you.

Cleaning companies and facilities management firms are our biggest group of customers. You hold the contract and look after the building. We look after the sanitary bins, nappy bins, dispensers and air care in its washrooms, and the mats at its entrances, on a schedule you can put in front of your client, and we give you the evidence that every visit happened.

Working behind your contract

We can work under your name. Our drivers sign in at your client’s sites as your washroom team, and the visit records we send you can carry your name. We invoice you, never your client. We also never approach your clients to quote them directly or offer them a better deal, and that goes into our agreement with you, so you can bring us into a bid knowing we will not try to take the work later.

If your client has a problem with a washroom, they call you, as they always would. When you need us, you call our office in Taplow and speak to the team that plans the routes for your sites.

A service level you can put in a bid

Our vans run set routes across London, Middlesex, Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire every week, plus parts of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Each area has a route day, so each of your sites is visited on the same day every time. Most sites are serviced every four weeks, and busy washrooms weekly or fortnightly. We agree the frequency for each site, and a put-right time if a visit is ever missed, and both go in writing. That gives you a service level you can quote to your client and hold us to.

After every visit the driver logs the time, what was serviced and a photo of each unit. You can see the records in your online account, download them, or forward them to your client as they are. When a client asks whether the bins in the second-floor washroom were changed last Tuesday, you can show them.

Mobilising a new contract

Send us the site list, the contract start date and anything you already know about each washroom. We survey the sites, confirm the units each one needs, and give you a written price that lists every unit, site by site. Where an outgoing supplier is taking its units away, we plan our installation for the same day, so no washroom is left without a bin. Sites your client adds partway through the contract go onto the nearest route and onto your next invoice.

If some sites in a portfolio fall outside our area, we will tell you which ones at the start, before you commit to anything.

Paperwork for tenders and audits

Facilities contracts come with supply chain checks, so we keep a compliance pack ready to send. It holds our upper-tier waste carrier registration, our public and employers’ liability insurance certificates and our CHAS certificate, along with the annual waste transfer note for each site and its visit records. You can attach it to a tender or pass it straight to a client’s auditor. Our compliance page explains each document, and our guide to Digital Waste Tracking covers the changes to waste records due in 2027.

Your cleaning teams can order paper, soap, sanitiser, bin liners and cleaning chemicals from us too, delivered with the service or bought on their own. See the consumables range.

Start with one site or the whole portfolio. Book a free site survey and we will send you a written price for every unit.

Questions

Common questions

Something else on your mind? Call 01628 563416 and ask.

Yes. Our drivers sign in at your client's sites as your washroom team, and the visit records we send you can carry your name. Your client deals with one supplier, which is you, and we invoice you directly. If you would rather your client knows we are your washroom partner, that is fine too.

No. We do not contact your clients to quote, sell or offer a better price, and we put that in writing in our agreement with you. If one of your clients gets in touch with us directly, we refer them back to you.

Tell us the start date as early as you can. We survey the sites, agree the units for each one and plan installation around the outgoing supplier's removal date, so washrooms are not left without bins. The time needed depends on the number of sites, so we give you a firm plan once we have the site list.

Our upper-tier waste carrier registration, public and employers' liability insurance certificates, CHAS certificate, an annual waste transfer note for each site and the visit records. It is ready to attach to a tender or send to a client's supply chain team, and the current documents are always in your online account.

Each site is priced on its units and visit frequency, and you get a written price that lists every unit. All your sites sit on one account with one invoice, and each site is shown separately, so you can recharge clients or check costs contract by contract.
