A small office with one staff toilet needs the same things as a large one: a clean sanitary bin, soap in the dispenser and a washroom that does not smell. It just needs fewer of them. We look after offices and shops of every size, from the single toilet behind a shop on a high street to offices with a washroom on every floor.
Starting small
There is no minimum. If you have one cubicle used by women, one sanitary unit is a sensible start, and you can add soap, air care or a nappy bin later. At the free survey we count the cubicles, ask how many people use each washroom and give you a written price that lists every unit. Our terms are in plain English, so you know what you are agreeing to before you sign anything.
A typical small office has a sanitary unit in each cubicle used by women, a soap dispenser at each basin and an air care unit in any washroom without a window. A shop often has a single staff toilet used by everyone, which still needs a sanitary unit, plus a customer toilet if there is one.
One local office
Our depot and office are at West Town Farm in Taplow, between Maidenhead and Slough, close to the A4 and about a mile west of junction 7 of the M4. When you call, you speak to the office that plans the routes, and if something needs putting right, they can talk straight to the driver who covers your area. Our vans cover London, Middlesex, Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire every week, plus parts of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Routes run through Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor, Marlow, High Wycombe, Reading, Bracknell, Staines and west and central London, and the areas we cover page lists the towns on each one.
A set day, with supplies on the same visit
Each area has a route day, so your visits fall on the same day each time. Most offices and shops are serviced every four weeks, while a busy shop or a shared office washroom may need a visit every fortnight. On each visit the driver swaps the liner in every sanitary unit, refills the dispensers and logs the visit with a photo of each unit, which you can see in your online account along with your invoices.
If you also need toilet rolls, hand towels, soap or bin liners, we bring them on the same visit, so nobody has to remember to order them from somewhere else. You can buy our consumables without a service contract too.
Switching from your current supplier
The simplest time to switch is when your current contract ends. Check the end date and the notice it needs, send us the date, and we will time the changeover so our units go in as the old ones come out. If you have more than one shop or office, they can all sit on one account with one invoice, and each site still gets its own visit records and its own annual waste transfer note.
Book a free site survey and we will give you a written price for every unit.
